Account Head

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and conduct P&L analysis

Ensure GST/TDS compliance, statutory audits, and vendor payment management

Lead and develop the finance team while supporting strategic financial decisions

Analyze KPIs, campaign ROI, and cost optimization opportunities

Coordinate with banks, auditors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities

Monitor working capital and manage financial risks such as delayed receivables

Key Requirements

810 years of relevant experience

Experience in the service industry is mandatory

Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP & MS Office
