Account Head

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and conduct P&L analysis

• Ensure GST/TDS compliance, statutory audits, and vendor payment management

• Lead and develop the finance team while supporting strategic financial decisions

• Analyze KPIs, campaign ROI, and cost optimization opportunities

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities

• Monitor working capital and manage financial risks such as delayed receivables

Key Requirements

✔ 8–10 years of relevant experience

✔ Experience in the service industry is mandatory

✔ Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

✔ Strong knowledge of Tally ERP & MS Office
