Role Overview

We are seeking a CA or Semi-Qualified CA with strong experience in taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and financial statement preparation, along with the ability to manage teams and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Handle TDS and Income Tax compliance, including calculations, documentation, and filings.

. Manage GST returns, GST reconciliations, and GST audit-related activities.

. Perform e-filing of TDS, Income Tax, and GST returns in accordance with regulatory timelines.

. Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheets in compliance with IND AS and IFRS standards.

. Support Tax Audits and Statutory Audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

. Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data using accounting software.

. Ensure timely reporting and coordination with internal teams and external auditors.

. Provide oversight and guidance where team coordination is required.

. Conduct and manage financial due diligence processes, including review and analysis of financial records, compliance, and risk assessment.

Required Qualifications

. CA or Semi-Qualified CA with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

. Strong team management and organizational skills.

. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Technical Skills Hands-on experience with:

. TDS and Income Tax compliance

. GST returns, GST reconciliation, and GST audit

. E-filing of TDS, Income Tax, and GST

. Tally

. SAP

. Zoho accounting software

. Tax Audit and Statutory Audit processes

. Preparation of Balance Sheets as per IND AS and IFRS
