This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Salem. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of projects, tracking account performance, resolving client issues, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.

• Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with a focus on delivering satisfaction and ensuring collaboration
• Experience in account performance analysis and project management, with the ability to track and optimize client accounts
• Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate smooth interactions and align expectations
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the consultancy industry or a similar client-centric role is highly desirable
