Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Salem. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating and promoting Maruti Suzuki vehicles, and driving sales to achieve targets. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with the team to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge and market trends to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively engage and close deals with customers.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management skills to build trust and deliver excellent service.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members proficiently.
  • Proficient in Market Research and Product Knowledge to stay updated on the latest industry trends and offerings.
  • Proactive attitude with Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to address customer needs effectively.
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets efficiently.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil languages preferred.
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driving License is must.
