Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager who understands that managing accounts is not about follow-upsit's about ownership, trust, and long-term value creation.

This role is for someone who can operate as a strategic partner to clients, anticipate needs before they are stated, and consistently protect and grow key accounts. You will sit at the intersection of clients, internal teams, and deliveryensuring clarity, alignment, and outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts end-to-end
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients
  • Understand client business goals and align solutions accordingly
  • Drive account retention, expansion, and long-term relationship value
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
  • Track account health, risks, and opportunities proactively
  • Lead account reviews, performance discussions, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure commercial, contractual, and service-level commitments are met

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex client environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation-setting skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations)
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue, margins, and growth
  • Ability to balance client advocacy with business priorities
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused approach
