You will engage directly with Marlabs clients and multiple internal teams to enable overall growth. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across major functional areas to drive the performance of Marlabs. In this role you will be focused on growing our business with Marlabs client partners.
Key job responsibilities:
- Success will be measured by the performance of your task and deliverables on input metrics.
- Contribute to business strategy development and identify the correct input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other Marlabs programs.
- Possess the ability to manage and deliver against complex goals where strategy is not defined. Able to make trade-offs between short-term selling partner needs and longer-term strategic investment.
- Identify new opportunities across many brands, develop and execute project plans.
- Build and cultivate relationships with Clients in your team's portfolio along with internal stakeholders; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
- Monitor Client satisfaction survey results to investigate both positive and negative feedback trends. Establish improvement plans and manage expectations with Account Managers as appropriate.
- Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and programs that accelerate growth and improve selling partners` experience working with Marlabs. Spot areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify.
- Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit a large set of customers, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, etc., working across multiple organizations.
- Develop mechanisms to create accountability. Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Knowledge of various technologies, Skills, Programming languages widely used, upcoming technologies in the market.
- Skills or qualifications required for Various roles and job duties in the market.
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
