Job Overview:
Webocto Solution is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Track and analyze client account performance and provide insights for improvements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Manage client expectations, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress to clients and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus.
