We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the company's financial
operations efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable and
receivable, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The role also involves supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and
bank statements.
Prepare, review, and analyse financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements.
Monitor financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, vendors, clients, banks, and auditors.
Provide support during internal and external audits and financial inspecƟ ons.
Assist in implementing and improving financial systems, controls, and processes.
Support the executions of financial strategies and operational initiatives.
Process bank transactions including RTGS, NEFT, and outward remittances.
Perform vendor reconciliations and credit card reconciliations for all ledger accounts.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Download daily bank statements, reconcile accounts, and accurately record banking transactions.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Accounts ExecuƟ ve or in a similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software systems such as SAP / ERP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
CPA or other relevant accounting ng certification will be an added advantage.
