About the Role
As a Partner Growth Executive, you'll support the Marketplace team by managing and growing relationships with Hudle's partner venues including schools, clubs, sports complexes, private venues, and event organizers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 150250 partner venues across a region
Drive transaction growth through innovative ideas & execution
Ensure accurate venue listings (pricing, availability, address) to avoid cancellations
Build strong relationships with existing & potential partners
Engage in daily interactions to understand partner needs & provide solutions
Collaborate with Sales & Leadership to grow and retain partners
Understand Hudle's technology & products and give demos
Create and deliver presentations at meetings & conferences
Maintain an up-to-date partner database
Identify, qualify, and close business & partnership opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Fluency in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
Up to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationships, Venue Ops, or Growth roles
Strong ownership, accountability & attention to detail
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, MS Excel & PowerPoint
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable
Interest in sports & fitness is a big plus
