Job Description

Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive – Hyderabad

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll coordination, invoicing, GST filing support, and administrative finance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, compliance coordination, and financial documentation.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and expense reports
  • Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary documentation
  • Track vendor payments and follow up on pending invoices
  • Maintain financial records and documentation accurately

Compliance & Taxation

  • Coordinate GST filing and related documentation
  • Support statutory compliance activities
  • Maintain tax invoices and financial records for audits
  • Coordinate with CA/accountant for financial reporting and compliance

Administrative Operations

  • Manage vendor coordination and office-related payments
  • Maintain contracts, billing records, and company documentation
  • Support finance-related operational tasks as required

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • MBA in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Experience in payroll coordination and invoicing
  • Basic understanding of GST filing and taxation
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Startup/company operations exposure
