Hiring: Finance & Accounts Executive – Hyderabad
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll coordination, invoicing, GST filing support, and administrative finance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, compliance coordination, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and expense reports
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary documentation
- Track vendor payments and follow up on pending invoices
- Maintain financial records and documentation accurately
Compliance & Taxation
- Coordinate GST filing and related documentation
- Support statutory compliance activities
- Maintain tax invoices and financial records for audits
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for financial reporting and compliance
Administrative Operations
- Manage vendor coordination and office-related payments
- Maintain contracts, billing records, and company documentation
- Support finance-related operational tasks as required
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- MBA in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Experience in payroll coordination and invoicing
- Basic understanding of GST filing and taxation
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Startup/company operations exposure
