Role Description

At Morphedo, the Accounts Executive ensures the financial backbone of our operations remains strong and compliant. This role demands accuracy, integrity, and analytical thinking to manage accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting processes that support our mission-driven projects.

Problem Statements You'll Solve

• How can we streamline vendor reconciliation and payment cycles to maintain healthy cash flow
• How do we ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings while minimizing compliance risks
• How can we improve accuracy in inter-company transactions and multi-currency accounting
• How do we maintain error-free financial reporting under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Index vendor invoices, manage day-to-day expenses, process bank payments, vendor management, and reconciliation.
• Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, track collections, manage deductions, and maintain customer master data.
• General Accounting: Handle fixed assets, depreciation, inter-company reconciliations, GST/TDS filings, and month-end reporting.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure accurate PL and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.
• Manage online payments for ESIC, PF, property tax, GST, and advance income tax.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax computation.
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inter-company transactions and multiple currencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under deadlines.
