Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive — Tally Operations

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)

The Role

You'll be the engine of our day-to-day accounting — fast, accurate data entry and reconciliation in Tally, working under our Senior Accountant. Perfect for someone early in their accounting career who wants to learn multi-state GST, e-commerce, and retail accounting from the inside.

What You'll Do

• Daily entries in Tally Prime: sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries, receipts and payments
• Generate e-way bills and delivery challans for stock transfers to stores
• Enter and match vendor invoices against POs; flag discrepancies
• Daily store-wise sales entry and cash/card/UPI reconciliation
• Support bank reconciliations and GSTR-2B vs purchase register matching
• Maintain organized documentation: invoices, challans, agreements, vendor files
• Support the Senior Accountant during filings, audits, and stock counts

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of Tally experience (Prime preferred) with genuinely fast, accurate data entry
• B.Com or pursuing; basic understanding of GST concepts (CGST/SGST/IGST, e-way bills)
• Good Excel basics; comfortable handling volume without errors
• Smart, organized, eager to learn — attitude matters more than pedigree here
• Based in or near Gurugram
