Job Description
Accounts Payable
- Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
- Responsible for paying and keeping record of employees all expenses
- Responsible for all invoices and expenses booking keeping
- Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
- Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time
- Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts
- Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
- Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
Accounts Receivable
- Responsible for keeping record of all revenue invoices.
- Responsible for updating bank receipt in books.
- Responsible for reconciling client ledgers.
- Maintain precise records of all Bank receipts.
- Reconciling TDS receivable ledger with 26AS
- Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to track receivables
- Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance.
- 3-5 year's experience
- Familiar with TDS and GST Taxation
