Our focus areas include bespoke software development, systems integration, analytics and AI, and e-commerce applications.

We are looking for a self-driven Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of experience to independently handle international invoicing, statutory compliance, banking operations, payroll coordination, accounting support, and general office finance tasks.

Your Role

In this full-time position, you'll collaborate with our finance and operations team to maintain accurate records, support smooth financial workflows, and ensure timely compliance across all key processes.

Key Responsibilities

• International invoicing (Visma/Xero) and UK VAT filing
• Monthly MIS, reports, and Budget vs Actuals
• Banking operations, vendor payments, and documentation
• EDPMS/FIRC/forex compliance
• GST, PT, LWF, Softex, MEPZ, ROC documentation
• Payroll inputs, Zoho payroll maintenance
• Asset register, depreciation, and insurance updates
• Audit support, board documents, and statutory filing management

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• 35 years of finance & operations experience
• Strong accounting knowledge; Tally experience mandatory
• Skills in Excel, Visma/Xero/Zoho preferred
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
