Location : Guindy, Chennai
Job Profile for Accounts Assistant:
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Bills and Payments.
- Day-to-Day banking work.
- Vendor / Suppliers: Accounting of all invoices
- Sales / Field staff's expenses report checking.
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting.
- System Knowledge: Proficient in using Tally / Zoho Software and MS Office applications for accounting tasks.
Job Profile for Accounts Executive:
- Maintain and cross check of all records like Vouchers, Bills and Payments
- Banking works.
- GST Monthly and Annual return filing.
- Vendor / Suppliers: Accounting of all invoices / bills and Payments to be made on due date.
- Sales / Field staff's expenses report checking and releasing the payment as per company policy.
- Handling of TDS, Income Tax work, etc.,
- Co-ordinate with Auditor and prepare require statement / report for accounts finalization, etc.,
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management.
- System Knowledge: Proficient in using Tally / Zoho Software and MS Office applications for accounting tasks.
