Key Responsibilities:
- Passing Journal Entries and Ledger Postings
- Accounting to Fixed Assets transfer
- Thorough working knowledge of Lease Accounting
- Preparation of balance sheet recons
- Working of Tax Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations
- Passing Intercompany Accounting entries
- Experience in F&A - GL activities
- Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
- Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
- Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Interaction with the client - Governance calls
- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
