Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with educational institutions, managing sales processes, and promoting the organization's psychology-based programs and services. Daily tasks include generating leads, meeting sales goals, conducting presentations, and effectively communicating the value of Etthos offerings to a diverse audience. Collaboration with internal teams to align efforts and strategies is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, or Academic Outreach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of psychology or experience in educational programs and training is a plus
• Time management, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a background in psychology, education, or business is advantageous
