Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor - Sales at our office in Gurugram. The Academic Counsellor will engage with students and parents, offer tailored academic and career guidance, identify educational needs, and proactively recommend suitable courses and study plans. The role also requires supporting students throughout their educational journey and contributing to the organization's sales and growth objectives by converting leads into registered users. The candidate will maintain consistent communication and provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Experience in Student Counseling Sales.
• Strong Communication Skills in the English Language.
• Knowledge of Career Counseling and Education trends
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Sales acumen and target-driven mindset
• Familiarity with the requirements of CBSE, ICSE, and IB/IGCSE boards is advantageous
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Budget is 35k plus incentives up to 25k
