Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will guide and assist students in choosing the right academic and career pathways in Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing one-on-one academic and career counseling, offering guidance on university admissions, and ensuring a smooth pathway from initial consultation to final enrollment. The role also involves coordination with the internal team to provide end-to-end student support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- A good understanding of the education landscape and processes related to admissions
- Additional qualifications such as prior experience in education consultancy or certifications in counseling will be an advantage
- Experience in handling academic challenges is Beneficial
