This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role based in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will assist students in identifying suitable academic programs and career goals by providing personalized counseling. Responsibilities include guiding students through the application and admission processes, offering academic advising, and supporting them in making informed decisions about education pathways in Germany. Counselors will also ensure students are informed about visa requirements and language preparation resources.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Career Counseling and Education advising
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Knowledge of the German education system is an added advantage
• Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting students in achieving their goals
