Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role located in Bengaluru North. The Academic Counselor will assist students in identifying their academic and career goals by providing guidance on academic programs, career paths, and suitable choices. They will engage with students in one-on-one sessions, offer support to address academic challenges, and provide valuable educational advice. The role involves working closely with the academic team to ensure that students receive the necessary resources and support for their educational journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Academic Advising and providing Education-related guidance
- Ability to assess individual needs and recommend tailored academic solutions
- Empathetic approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience in student or academic counseling is advantageous
- Knowledge of education systems and career pathways
