Key Responsibilities:
- Student Profiling: Understand each student's academic background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend appropriate undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
- Program Counseling: Clearly articulate course structures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, career prospects, and learning outcomes to prospective students and their families.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt, professional, and informative responses.
- Admissions Support: Guide students throughout the admissions processincluding application form completion, document submission, and final enrollment.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students, address concerns, and encourage them to progress through the admission funnel.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in CRM systems to track engagement and support data-driven decisions.
- Target Achievement: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and group conversion targets while prioritizing a student-first approach.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Communication, Psychology preferred)
- 02 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, student support, telesales, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to connect with students, understand their needs, and build rapport through effective, empathetic communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an added advantage
