Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with potential partners or clients. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to the growth of the company by implementing effective strategies and communicating value propositions to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities
  • Strong understanding and knowledge in Business operations and strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining healthy client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to contribute effectively to organizational growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
