About the Role
As a Academic counsellor, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. This role requires strong follow up discipline, communication skills, and a target driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound enquiries and conduct structured follow ups
• Counsel prospective students on teacher training diploma programs
• Convert qualified leads into admissions
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow up schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target oriented and disciplined in follow ups
• Experience in EdTech, inside sales, or B2B sales is an advantage
• Freshers with strong sales intent and learning mindset may also apply
