This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and providing personalized academic and career advice. The role involves addressing student queries, helping them explore educational options, and offering resources for their professional growth. The Academic Counsellor will also play a vital role in collaborating with faculty and administrative teams to support students academic progress and overall development.

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide candidates effectively through their educational and career choices.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education planning to assist in academic progression and the selection of suitable courses or career paths.
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills to interact and build trust with students and stakeholders.
• Ability to empathize with and motivate students, with a focus on resolving their academic or career-related challenges.
• Familiarity with the education sector, particularly in Aviation, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Language Training, would be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; additional certifications in counseling or education are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in maintaining student records and ensuring proper documentation of academic counseling sessions.
