Academic Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and career paths.
• Drive student enrollments through telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain a strong relationship with prospective and existing students.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a student-first approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in EdTech / Education / Counseling is an added advantage.
