Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)
to drive revenue growth for the US market. This role is hands-on and execution-focused,
responsible for managing the full sales cycle independently—from lead qualification to
deal closure—while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete inside sales cycle for assigned US accounts
Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and virtual
meetings
Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions
Drive deal closures and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with US business hours
Conduct product demos and presentations for US-based prospects
Accurately update CRM systems with lead, opportunity, and forecast data
Collaborate closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve conversions
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-
selling
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer expectations in the US
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
6–10 years of inside sales experience, primarily as an individual contributor
Proven success selling to the US market
Strong understanding of B2B inside sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Ability to work in a night shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST) on a regular basis
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, IT services, FinTech, or technology-driven sales
Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling
