Job description
- Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Builders, contractors ,Govt departments , ensuring and managing the approvals for SEI and achieve targets from the set of customers assigned.
- To ensure achievement of Sales Targets for BU in the Branch for the allotted set of customers.
- Major set of customers from >> Infra projects/Buildings- Commercial and residential/Contractors, Preparing month wise target plan.
- Identifying initiatives to grow H&D, BBT,MV business from set of customers
- Identifying new opportunities to be captured for pushing Sales
- Regularly monitor custom wise sales performance against Targets Customer Management
- Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan
- Conduct regular meetings with Contractors and Panel Builders to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products.
- Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network Promotional Activities:
- Organize Contractor Meet / Panel Builder Meet / Technical Training / Factory visits/ etc., for customers / consultants
- Ensure proactive measures for establishment of network with consultants and PMCs such as preparing and sharing technical literature with them
Qualifications - External
- he successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
- Degree in Bachelors Degree of Electrical engineering.
- Thorough understanding of the sales processes
- Proven skills in the areas of strategic account planning and development
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills and results orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
