This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor at our Bengaluru South location. The Academic Counsellor will engage with prospective students to provide guidance on course selection, career opportunities, and academic goals. Responsibilities include counseling students, assessing their educational needs, and offering tailored advice to help them achieve their academic and professional objectives. The role also involves providing support throughout the enrollment process, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners effectively.
• Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills for engaging with prospective and current students.
• Experience in Education-related roles and a passion for supporting learners in achieving their goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in academic institutions or training centers is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
