Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and student-centric Academic Counsellor to guide aspirants preparing for CLAT & IPMAT. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right program through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents regarding CLAT & IPMAT preparation programs
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Drive conversions and achieve monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads through the decision journey
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless onboarding
  • Participate in seminars, webinars, and offline events when required

Key Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: education, management, or related fields)
  • 1–4 years of experience in academic counseling / inside sales / edtech sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English required)
  • Basic understanding of CLAT / IPMAT exams (preferred)
  • Target-driven mindset with a student-first approach
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and calling platforms
