Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Abroad Counsellor role located in Noida. The key responsibilities include providing guidance to students and their families about overseas education options, assisting with applications and admissions, offering visa consultancy services, and maintaining a high standard of support throughout the entire process. The role also requires staying updated on changing admission and immigration policies and building rapport with clients while addressing their needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to interact effectively with students and parents
• Understanding of admission processes, visa requirements, and global education systems
• Proficiency in research and time management
• Problem-solving, adaptability, and critical thinking abilities
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or student counseling is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
