Minimum Experience: 5+ Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: TechZone IV, Greater Noida West, Noida

Shift: Night Shift, aligned with North America business hours

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview: NR Consulting is looking for an experienced HR person, Night Shift to manage internal talent acquisition for the North America market, support night shift office administration, and oversee selected HR operations activities. The role requires a mature HR professional who can manage hiring for US Staffing teams, coordinate with leadership, support employee concerns during night shift, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, stakeholder management, HR coordination, and night shift workforce support.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Talent Acquisition, North America Market (50%)

  • Manage internal hiring for US Staffing roles, including recruiters, talent executives, account managers, sales support, delivery support, and operations roles.
  • Understand hiring needs from business leaders and prepare sourcing plans.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for night shift and North America-focused roles.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
  • Maintain hiring trackers, recruitment dashboards, and pipeline reports.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring US Staffing hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations Support & Stakeholder Management (30%)

  • Support onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and HR records for night shift employees.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave updates, employee queries, and policy communication.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and communication initiatives for night shift teams.
  • Assist in exit coordination, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Handle employee concerns with maturity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ensure HR trackers, employee data, and internal reports are updated regularly.
  • Partner with business heads, delivery leaders, recruitment managers, and operations teams.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status, employee issues, attendance concerns, and night shift operations.
  • Support leadership with people-related insights and hiring progress.
  • Act as the HR point of contact for night shift employees and managers.

Night Shift Office Administration (20%)

  • Supervise night shift office discipline, attendance, coordination, and workplace readiness.
  • Coordinate with admin, IT, security, housekeeping, transport, and facility teams for night shift requirements.
  • Ensure smooth office operations during night shift hours.
  • Address employee concerns related to office infrastructure, shift support, seating, access, and basic workplace needs.
  • Escalate operational issues to the relevant teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support a professional, safe, and productive night shift work environment.

Required Skills

  • Experience in HR, internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of US Staffing roles and North America hiring support.
  • Ability to manage internal hiring for night shift teams.
  • Good knowledge of employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and HR processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage office administration coordination during night shift.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, ATS, and recruitment trackers.
  • Ability to handle employee concerns with confidentiality and maturity.
  • Comfortable working from Noida office in night shift.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in US Staffing, consulting, workforce solutions, or recruitment industry will be strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing night shift HR or recruitment teams.
  • Experience handling internal TAG for recruiters, sales, delivery, and operations roles.
  • Exposure to employee engagement and retention for night shift teams.
  • Knowledge of HRMS, ATS, payroll inputs, and HR reporting will be an advantage.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • MBA or PGDM in HR will be preferred but not mandatory.
