Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, footfalls, guest engagement, and revenue growth across our parks and entertainment destinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing fundamentals, digital marketing knowledge, event coordination skills, and a passion for the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing ATL, BTL, Digital, and On-Ground marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, festivals, special events, and new attraction launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Manage and update content across social media platforms, website, and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies for SEO, SEM, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and guest touchpoints.
  • Coordinate development of marketing collateral including brochures, standees, banners, videos, and presentations.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and promotional activities.

Events & Activations

  • Coordinate on-ground activations, mall promotions, roadshows, corporate events, and partnerships.
  • Assist in organizing media events, influencer visits, and guest engagement programs.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies.
  • Gather guest feedback and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Support tie-ups with schools, colleges, corporates, travel partners, and tourism stakeholders.
  • Assist in executing cross-promotional campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Entertainment, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, Events, or Amusement Parks.
