Underrated Club is a contemporary lifestyle and fashion brand focused on building a strong community through unique designs, storytelling, and digital-first experiences. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and scale our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Other relevant performance channels
- Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Analyze website and campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns for D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify-based brands.
- Understanding of email marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.
