Job Description

Underrated Club is a contemporary lifestyle and fashion brand focused on building a strong community through unique designs, storytelling, and digital-first experiences. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and scale our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Other relevant performance channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
  • Conduct audience research, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
  • Analyze website and campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing campaigns for D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify-based brands.
  • Understanding of email marketing and customer retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and conversion tracking.

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Revenue generated through paid channels
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • New customer acquisition growth
