About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The role requires a blend of creativity, content creation, performance marketing, analytics, and execution excellence to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow Sellability's presence across social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Develop content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to create impactful marketing assets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Support lead generation campaigns through paid and organic channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels.
  • Track lead quality, campaign ROI, and conversion performance.

Website & SEO Management

  • Assist in website content updates and optimization.
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Track key metrics related to lead generation, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • 3- 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, paid campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
