Job Title: Project Manager

Level in the Organization: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/Manager

Location: Head Office, Maruti Suzuki, Delhi

Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech preferably with MBA

Work Experience: 3-8 years of relevant experience.

Nature of Work: The role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects including Civil work, utility work, landscaping, automation & other infrastructure projects initiated by Maruti Suzuki as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives

Technical/ Functional Requirement:

.Project Management Expertise: Experience managing IT projects, implementation of technology solutions, and electrical/electronic systems.

.Project Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

.Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating with vendors, managing procurement processes, and ensuring quality resource acquisition.

.Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.

Role & Responsibilities

. Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

.Prepare comprehensive project plans, including BOQ, specifications, and timelines

.Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality resources.

.Place orders and oversee procurement processes in line with project requirements.

.Implement projects coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

.Monitor project progress through schedules, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.

.Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
