Project Manager

Role & Responsibility

• The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing high value vendor inspection projects to ensure compliance with client specifications, applicable codes and standards, contractual requirements and project schedules.
• Responsible for handling Customer Complaints, RCA, CAPA, Resolutions.
• Working closely with Client to smooth exection of project.
• Identify and mitigate project risks affecting quality, schedule, and cost
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of inspection activities to avoid the penalty.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project execution.
• Closely working with all units & ensure to get budgeted revenue
• Attend or visit units for feedback & Project review meeting
• Provide regular updates on inspection status, quality concerns and project progress.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Monitor project budgets, revenue and profitability.
• Ensure to get approval timely traker/annexure approval from respective Units & raising invoice on time to all Units
• Undertake any other role/responsibility as assigned by the Management.
• Required to carry out assigned job independently & represent the data to management as an when require

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge

• 10–15 years of experience in Third Party Inspection (Vendor Inspection), Quality Assurance / Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large scale or high value projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Petrochemical or EPC projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical / metallurgical or industrial engineering
