Junior Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

Location: DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the execution and delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, vendor management, project reporting, and quality control within commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing commercial interior fit-out projects from site mobilization to handover.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and site teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project timelines.

• Support procurement activities and ensure timely material availability at site.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Assist in BOQ verification, measurement tracking, billing coordination, and documentation.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Coordinate civil, MEP, furniture, and finishing works during project execution.

• Monitor contractor performance, labour deployment, and site productivity.

• Identify site-level challenges and support timely resolution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company processes.

• Support snag rectification and final project handover.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 2–6 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.

• Experience handling office interiors, workplace interiors, retail fit-outs, corporate interiors, or commercial interior projects.

• Knowledge of site execution, contractor coordination, vendor management, and project documentation.

• Basic understanding of BOQs, billing processes, and project planning.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial interior contracting or design-build companies.

• Exposure to MEP coordination and interior finishing works.

• Ability to independently handle site execution activities.

• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and contractors.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Location Requirement

• Candidates must be comfortable commuting to DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Mandatory Industry Requirement

• Candidates must have prior experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Outs, Workplace Interiors, Corporate Interiors, Retail Fit-Outs, Design & Build Projects, or Interior Contracting Companies.

• Profiles from residential-only interiors, real estate sales, or general civil construction without commercial interior fit-out experience will not be considered.
