Project Manager – Novella Kitchens

Role Description
- Manage end-to-end execution of modular kitchen and wardrobe projects.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and installation teams.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and progress reviews.
- Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Resolve site issues, client concerns, and execution challenges.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and design specifications are met.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong project planning and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior fit-outs, and furniture manufacturing.
- Experience in vendor management and site execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting.
Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in interior projects, modular furniture, kitchens, or residential fit-outs.
Experience working with architects, interior designers, contractors, and production teams.
