• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in Tally Prime. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, and other financial records. • Prepare and verify sales invoices, and payment documents. • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including reconciliation and payment/collection follow-ups. • Perform regular bank reconciliation, and cash reconciliation. • Monitor and maintain proper records of cash and bank transactions. • Prepare and review GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents. • Ensure timely compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations. • Prepare monthly, and annual financial reports for management review. • Maintain proper documentation and records required for audit and statutory purposes. • Coordinate with auditors, and other external parties whenever required. • Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions., Purchase, Sales, Expenses, purchase invoices, bills, Vouchers, ledger reconciliation, Tds Returns, quarterly, tax consultants, Banks
