The Senior Manager, Human Resources is a strategic and hands-on HR leader for the Company's onsite Noida workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer who is US-based, this role oversees the employee life cycle, employee relations, manager support, performance, engagement, HR operations, and compliance for a growing healthcare IT and revenue cycle management organization. Success requires strong knowledge of India employment requirements, exceptional English communication skills, proven ability working in a fast-paced, growing environment, and the ability to partner effectively across cultures and time zones.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead onsite HR operations and the employee life cycle for the Noida workforce, including onboarding, employee records, engagement, performance support, internal movement, employee relations, and separations.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary action, performance improvement, and respectful workplace concerns.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and global People leadership to scale HR programs, policies, processes, and manager support as the organization grows.
- Support workforce needs across healthcare IT, revenue cycle management, technology, and operational teams, including attendance, scheduling, productivity, quality, training, staffing, and retention.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable India employment requirements, including statutory benefits, leave, working hours, Shops and Establishments obligations, POSH, documentation, and record retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handbooks, policies, standard operating procedures, statutory documentation, and audit materials in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics related to headcount, attrition, engagement, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Use HR technology and responsibly governed AI tools to improve employee support, onboarding, case management, policy access, reporting, and manager self-service while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with India- and U.S.-based employees, managers, and executives across cultures, time zones, and business contexts.
- Stay current on relevant employment requirements, HR technology, and global people practices.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in HR management, HR business partnership, employee relations, HR operations, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of India employment practices and Noida requirements, including statutory benefits, leave, working hours, Shops and Establishments obligations, POSH, and employment records.
- Experience supporting onsite operational, hourly, entry-level, or technology-enabled employee populations in a growing organization.
- Sound employee relations judgment and experience with sensitive concerns, investigations, performance documentation, policy interpretation, and manager coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to scale HR programs, processes, policies, reporting, and manager support in a changing business environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across geographies, cultures, time zones, and leadership levels.
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, HR reporting, and employee data integrity. GreytHR and UKG experience preferred.
- Practical experience using HR technology or AI-enabled tools to improve HR operations, analytics, employee self-service, or manager support.
- Ability to protect confidential employee information and apply sound judgment in workplace and compliance matters.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS PREFERRED:
- Professional HR or labor law certification, including SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR
- Experience in a fast growing organization with the proven ability to scale to meet the needs of the business.
