Job Description: IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing & C2H)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, with strong exposure to Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring models. The role requires a solid understanding of the IT talent market, client requirements, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract IT candidates for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent roles using job portals, internal databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, role fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements, SLAs, rate cards, and priority positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract staffing, from requirement intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
Handle documentation related to contract staffing, including pay rates, tenure, extensions, and compliance coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure timely submissions and follow up on interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
23 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with mandatory experience in Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
Strong understanding of IT roles such as software development, infrastructure, networking, cloud, data, and support technologies.
Hands-on experience working with staffing vendors, clients, and rate-based hiring models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, job portals, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a staffing agency or consulting environment
Knowledge of compliance and documentation related to contract hiring
Strong delivery mindset with a focus on closures and timelines
