Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about recruitment and human resources to join our team as HR / IT Recruiters. This role will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end IT hiring and corporate HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements for IT and technical roles
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain candidate databases and follow up on interview status
- Support offer rollout and joining formalities
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Eligibility & Skills Required
- MBA / MSW / BBA / Any graduate (HR preferred
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of IT roles (training will be provided
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools and techniques
- Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition
