Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing from different job boards such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Analyzing client job descriptions, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the client's needs.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Proactively recruiting and pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites.
  • Utilizing innovative and effective convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring that all quality parameters are met before submitting resumes.
  • Submitting an adequate number of qualified candidates for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • Strong passive sourcing and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with collaborative team spirit.
  • Educational Background: Graduate in IT or a related field.
