Role Description

The Zone Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations in the New Delhi, Gurugram, NCR region, driving revenue and fostering client relationships as part of TRASSIR's mission to deliver innovative security solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying and growing business opportunities, meeting sales targets, managing client portfolios, maintaining customer relationships, and conducting market research to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, account management, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, IoT, and video surveillance solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in market research, business development, and implementing sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain technical details of software and hardware solutions.
  • Work Style: Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
  • Additional: Open to travel within the region, and prior experience in VMS, Video Analytics
