Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager, West, based in Ahmedabad. In this position, you will manage zonal sales operations, identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributorsacross the zone (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, M.P and Rajasthan). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationshipswith key decision-makers in major construction and real estate companies, architects, consultants, and large institutional buyers. Develop and execute strategic zonal sales plansaligned with overall company objectives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a teamof Area Sales Managers and sales representatives, setting clear KPIs and performance goals. Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. You will analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitors activities to enhance sales performance. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the sales team within the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales operations and strategy development skills
  • Experience in market analysis, forecasting, and competitor benchmarking
  • Team management and leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor sales staff
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the technology or relevant industry sector is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
