Summary:
Zonal sales manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation withing a designated geographical zone by managing and developing team and ensuring achievement of sales target.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in science, agriculture, pharmacy, business or any other discipline.
· Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
· At least 7 to 8 years of sales experience and team handling.
