Zonal Sales Manager

We are hiring for the position of Zonal Sales Manager (Finance / Banking)

Location: Indore, MP

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead and grow our SME business in the finance domain. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in financial product sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for products such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and Term Loans

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 2025 sales professionals

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in financial product sales (CC/OD/Term Loans)

At least 5 years of experience in team handling

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation: Up to 50,000 per month
