This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Zonal Manager. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, driving business growth, and ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives. The day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating with recruitment partners, monitoring performance metrics, implementing marketing and sales strategies, resolving client issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Experience in regional operational management and team leadership
• Proficiency in business growth strategies, marketing, and sales
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
